Engineered for demanding service conditions, the double flange triple offset butterfly valve delivers superior performance for critical process systems demanding bubble-tight shutoff, high pressure endurance and extreme temperature resistance. It integrates the compact footprint of a butterfly valve with the robust sealing performance of globe and gate valves, serving as a preferred solution for oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and steam piping systems.

  • Bubble-Tight Zero Leakage
    Adopting triple offset geometry to create a full metal-to-metal seal between disc and seat, the valve operates independent of elastomeric materials. It achieves reliable bubble-tight isolation, perfectly suited for steam, hydrocarbon and chemical media where any leakage is prohibited.
  • Low Operating Torque & Extended Component Life
    The cam-style disc movement drastically reduces frictional contact during opening and closing, effectively mitigating wear on seat and disc. Lower actuation torque cuts down actuator sizing requirements and overall operational energy costs.
  • Wide Pressure & Temperature Rating
    Rated for pressure classes from Class 600 up to Class 1500, with maximum service temperature reaching 1,000°F (538°C). It maintains stable performance across steam, oil & gas and refinery process applications.
